1. “Travel Passes” do not guarantee seats - seats must be pre-booked directly to the service provider.
2. Refunds for cancelled travel may be subject to fees.
3. Extra fees may be charged on some “Door to Door” services.
4. Children, 14 years old or under, traveling with an adult pay 50% of the full adult fare (rounded).
5. Go Kiwi is not liable for any delays outside of its control.
6. Go Kiwi reserves the right to cancel any regular service whenever no bookings are received by 18:00hrs, the day before departure.

2. 80% refund day before travel
3. Full refund if 2 or more days before travel.
