TERMS & CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY
CHANGES TO YOUR TRIP: A $5 fee applies if you wish to make changes to your trip. (No fee if adding or removing an extra)
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds if cancelling 24 hours prior to travel. For cancellations earlier than 24 hours prior to travel, full refund less $10 per person, per trip, cancellation fee. Any booking fees paid are not refundable
Do you travel everyday? Yes nearly - our Auckland Coromandel shuttle doesn’t operate on Christmas Day. Otherwise 7 days a week all year round.
Will I be charged a booking fee? Yes a booking fee is charged on all Go Kiwi bookings, this fee is non refundable.
How much luggage can I bring? Your ticket includes one suitcase (up to 20kg) or similar, and hand luggage. Extra luggage can be carried if you choose the ‘extra’ when buying your ticket. Over sized luggage and heavier suitcases have an extra fee, and is subject to availability, please check with the office. No over sized luggage will be accepted between 20th December and 10th January. Unfortunately bikes or surfboards are not able to be carried.
Will your Auckland Coromandel shuttle have toilet breaks? Absolutely! Our driver will make a call out to let you know when you are approaching toilets, if you wish to stop please just say so.
How old is a child? Children are aged 14 years and under, ID may be required
Do you allow dogs on board? No dogs (except service dogs) are permitted on Go Kiwi Shuttles
What does the bus look like? Our Auckland Coromandel Shuttle is usually one of our 11 seater Transits. They are white with large blue and green Go Kiwi logos on them. There is a picture on the top of our website.
Will the bus wait if I am late? If you are late, then no, the bus will not wait. We have other passengers waiting for us! We ask that you are ready and waiting at your bus stop 10 minutes before your departure time, that way you can’t be late!
Do you go to Tauranga / Hamilton / Coromandel Town? No sorry, these are the places we are asked about the most, but unfortunately our daily shuttle does not go there. However we are happy to provide a private charter to nearly anywhere!
COVID TRAVEL INFORMATION
Our buses are cleaned in the morning, during the day, and again in the evening
If you feel unwell please do not travel, let us know asap and we will change your booking to another day
If the bus is unable to operate due to COVID or lockdown restrictions you will get a full refund or credit
