SHUTTLE TRAVEL INFORMATION

HEALTH: Please stay at home if you feel unwell, we will happily transfer your booking to another date

HYGIENE: Our vehicles are cleaned prior to use, during the day by our drivers, and again at the end of the day

DAYS OF OPERATION: We operate 7 days a week, closed Christmas Day only

LUGGAGE: One suitcase (up to 20kg) or similar, and one piece of hand luggage may be carried per passenger. Extra luggage may be carried for an additional fee, subject to space availability.

OVER SIZED or HEAVY LUGGAGE: Such as 20kg+ bags or golfclubs, must be advised in advance or may be refused to be carried. A fee is payable and you must advise what you are carrying when booking, this is subject to space availability. Please note that we are unable to carry over sized luggage during peak times. (NO bikes or surfboards sorry - they just don’t fit)

CHILD FARES: Children are aged 14 years and under, ID may be required

DOGS: No dogs (except service dogs) are permitted on Go Kiwi Shuttles

BOOKING FEE: A booking fee is charged on all Go Kiwi bookings, this fee is non refundable

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHANGES TO YOUR TRIP: A $5 fee applies if you wish to make changes to your trip. (No fee if adding or removing an extra)

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds if cancelling 24 hours prior to travel. For cancellations earlier than 24 hours prior to travel, full refund less $10 per person, per trip, cancellation fee. Any booking fees paid are not refundable
